Abstract:
Sixteen liquid treatment agents were formulated with the combination of three bacteria or fungal,
Gibberella zeae,
Bacillus subtilis and
Mycena dendrobii, and salicylic acid, lanthanum nitrate, tryptophan and gibberellin, and treated tissue culture seedling of
Dendrobium officinale in greenhouse by root irrigation. The results showed that the treatments of 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii, 5 mg·L
-1 gibberellin, 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii+5 mg·L
-1 lanthanum nitrate, 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii+5 mg·L
-1 gibberellic acid+1 mmol·L
-1 salicylic acid could significantly increase the plant height of
Dendrobium officinale compared to the control (sterile water treatment); The stem diameter of 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii, 5 mg·L
-1 gibberellin, 1 mmol·L
-1 salicylic acid, 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii+5 mg·L
-1 lanthanum nitrate, 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii+5 mg·L
-1 lanthanum nitrate treatments were significantly higher than that of the control group. It was indicated that the treatments of 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii, 5 mg·L
-1 gibberellin, 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii+5 mg·L
-1 lanthanum nitrate, 4 g·L
-1 Mycena dendrobii+5 mg·L
-1 gibberellic acid+1 mmol·L
-1 salicylic acid could increase the plant height and stem diameter effectively, the liquid treatment agents of which had good growth-stimulating effects on tissue culture plantlets of
Dendrobium officinale in greenhouse.
