添加葡萄糖对果园土壤微生物CO2释放量的影响

    Effects of Glucose Addition on CO2 Release from Soil Microbes in Orchard

    • 摘要: 在土壤中添加基础营养基质葡萄糖,观察不同葡萄糖量和不同时间土壤释放CO2量的动态变化。结果表明:随着添加葡萄糖量的增加,果园土壤CO2释放量呈先增后减少的趋势,葡萄糖添加量12 mg·g-1时CO2释放量达到峰值。在培养的5 h内,各添加浓度的葡萄糖处理随培养时间的延长土壤CO2释放量呈增加趋势,且在培养3 h时达到高峰。

       

      Abstract: Glucose, a basic nutrient substrate, was added to the soil to observe the dynamic changes of soil CO2 released at different glucose levels and in different time. The results showed that with the increase of the adding amount of glucose, the release amount CO2 in orchard soil increased first and then decreased, and the release amount of CO2 reached the peak when the glucose was added to 12 g·L-1. Within the culture of 5 h, the release amount of CO2 of soil under each treatment of adding glucose increased with the prolongation of culture time, and reached the peak at 3 h after culture.
