Abstract:
Glucose, a basic nutrient substrate, was added to the soil to observe the dynamic changes of soil CO
2 released at different glucose levels and in different time. The results showed that with the increase of the adding amount of glucose, the release amount CO
2 in orchard soil increased first and then decreased, and the release amount of CO
2 reached the peak when the glucose was added to 12 g·L
-1. Within the culture of 5 h, the release amount of CO
2 of soil under each treatment of adding glucose increased with the prolongation of culture time, and reached the peak at 3 h after culture.
