Determination of Six Mineral Elements in Camellia Oil by ICP-MS Method

摘要: 采用微波消解前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定山茶油中Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn等矿物质元素含量。结果表明:各元素标准曲线相关系数r均大于0.999 5,加标回收率在91.7%~98.0%,RSD在3.5%~4.6%(n=6)。采用国家标准物质豆角(GBW10021)和绿茶(GBW10052)进行方法验证,测定值在标准值范围内。该方法具有准确、快速、简便、灵敏等优点,适用于山茶油中矿物质元素含量的测定。

Abstract: Contents of mineral elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn in camellia oil were determined by microwave digestion preprocessing and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the correlation coefficients of standard curves of all elements were greater than 0.999 5, and the added standard recoveries ranged from 91.7% to 98%, and RSD ranged from 3.5% to 4.6% (n=6). The method was validated by national standard material of bean (GBW10021) and green tea (GBW10052). The measured values were within the standard range. And the method possesses the merits of accurate, rapid, simple and sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of mineral elements in camellia oil. -
