Abstract:
Contents of mineral elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn in camellia oil were determined by microwave digestion preprocessing and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the correlation coefficients of standard curves of all elements were greater than 0.999 5, and the added standard recoveries ranged from 91.7% to 98%, and
RSD ranged from 3.5% to 4.6% (
n=6). The method was validated by national standard material of bean (GBW10021) and green tea (GBW10052). The measured values were within the standard range. And the method possesses the merits of accurate, rapid, simple and sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of mineral elements in camellia oil.
