Abstract: The establishment of technical specifications for mesona plays an important role to ensure quality and safety and the healthy development of mesona. The theoretical and practical methods were combined to standardize the production process. The technical specifications for mesona production was summarized based on the production experience of high quality mesona, including the producing-area environment, seedling standards, cultivation methods, harvesting and primary processing, etc.
