泉州地区蔬菜有机磷农药残留检测分析

    Detection on Organophosphorus Pesticide Residue in Vegetables from Quanzhou Area

    • 摘要: 2017年采用酶抑制率法对泉州12个县(市、区)的1 033个蔬菜样品进行有机磷农药残留情况检测,25个阳性样品再进行定性定量检测,有4个样品农药残留超标。结果表明:2017年泉州地区蔬菜中有机磷农药残留抽样检测合格率为99.60%,超标率为0.40%;有机磷农药残留超标比较严重的为叶菜类;造成蔬菜有机磷农药残留超标的几种化合物主要是杀螟硫磷、甲拌磷、丙溴磷和水胺硫磷,其中杀螟硫磷超标最严重。

       

      Abstract: In 2017, 1 033 vegetable samples from 12 counties (cities or districts) in Quanzhou were detected for organophosphorus pesticide residues using enzyme inhibition rate method, and 25 positive samples were further tested for qualitative and quantitative analysis, among which, 4 samples were proved exceeding pesticide residue standard. The results showed that the qualified rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables from Quanzhou in 2017 was 99.60%, and the exceeding standard rate was 0.40%; the excessive organophosphorus pesticide residues was severer in leaf vegetable; and the main compounds correlated to the excessive organophosphorus pesticide residues were fenitrothion, phorate, profenofos, and isocarbophos, among which the fenitrothion was the severest.
