Abstract:
Through low concentration lead (300 mg·kg
-1) treatment, the biological yield, enrichment ability and transportation ability of different jute and kenaf varieties were studied. The results showed that lead treatment had obvious effects on the biological yield of different jute and kenaf varieties, and 4 lead-tolerant jute and kenaf varieties were preliminarily screened out. Lead accumulation:roots > stems > tender stems and leaves; Lead absorption:root > tender stem > stem; Lead enrichment coefficient:‘Minhong 964’ > light insensitive kenaf, ‘Minhuang No. 1’ > jute 179 > Egyptian jute > ‘Minhuang No. 1’. The transport coefficients of ‘Minhuang No. 1’ and photo-insensitive kenaf could reach 0.76 and 0.82 respectively.
