Abstract:
In this paper, a large scale of SRAP, ISSR and RAPD analyses on DNAs from 206 cultivated strains of
Agaricus bisporus collected from around the word were carried out. 15 specific SRAP bands, 3 specific ISSR bands and 2 specific RAPD bands were obtained. 131 strains with three different agronomic traits among 206 strains were analyzed using the above 20 specific bands to study relation between markers and traits. The results showed that there were five markers closely related to quality traits, including SRAP1-5
1000, SRAP2-3
200, SRAP5-9
650, SRAP5-10
400 and ISSR809
2100 and three markers closely related to yield traits, including SRAP2-3
400, SRAP2-4
1200 and SRAP2-3
1800. All the above related markers should be further validated and expected to become the specific molecular markers for screening and predicting of high yield and high quality strains in cross breeding of
Agaricus bisporus.
