Abstract: In this paper, based on the cultivation manners of one plot with two rows and one plot with three rows, five cultivation densities of lettuce cv. ‘Feiqiao’ were compared in the field. The results showed that under certain space between rows and in rows, its stem width, commercial weight per plant, yield and production value in one plot with two rows showed higher priority than in one plot with three rows. Moreover, the yield and output value per 667 m² were 5 466.7 kg and 5 466.7 yuan, respectively in one plot with two rows and under space 25 cm×30 cm, having best performance.
