Abstract:
In order to promote the industrialization of anaerobic dry fermentation equipment, a 10 m
3 FRP anaerobic dry fermentation device was designed. This paper introduced the structural design and fabrication materials of the anaerobic dry fermentation device, and determined the operating parameters of the device. The results of the application in the pig breeding farm of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences showed that the device was in good working condition and the gas production rate of raw materials was 0.032 m
3·kg
-1·TS
-1, and the average daily biogas production was 3.1 m
3 and with high economic benefits and annual income of 2,920 RMB Yuan. The FRP anaerobic dry fermentation device has been reasonable designed with long service life, convenient for transportation and installation, high economic benefit and broad market prospect.
