厌氧干发酵装置的设计与运行研究

    Design and Operation of Anaerobic Dry Fermentation Equipment

    • 摘要: 为促进厌氧干发酵装置产业化发展,设计了一种10 m3的玻璃钢厌氧干发酵装置。介绍厌氧干发酵装置的结构设计和制作材料,确定了该装置的运行工作参数,通过在福建省农业科学院种猪场生产应用结果表明:该装置运行状况良好,原料产气率0.032 m3·kg-1·TS-1,平均每天产沼气3.1 m3,经济效益较高,沼肥年收益达2 920元。该玻璃钢厌氧干发酵装置设计合理、使用寿命长、运输安装方便,经济效益较高,市场前景广阔。

       

      Abstract: In order to promote the industrialization of anaerobic dry fermentation equipment, a 10 m3 FRP anaerobic dry fermentation device was designed. This paper introduced the structural design and fabrication materials of the anaerobic dry fermentation device, and determined the operating parameters of the device. The results of the application in the pig breeding farm of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences showed that the device was in good working condition and the gas production rate of raw materials was 0.032 m3·kg-1·TS-1, and the average daily biogas production was 3.1 m3 and with high economic benefits and annual income of 2,920 RMB Yuan. The FRP anaerobic dry fermentation device has been reasonable designed with long service life, convenient for transportation and installation, high economic benefit and broad market prospect.
