Abstract: Through one year's practice of poverty alleviation by science and technology in the village, combining with the current agricultural development situation and the character of the villagers' labor force structure in Dongshan Village of Kangcuo Township of Fu'an City, the ideas and efficiencies of poverty alleviation development were analyzed from the aspects of party building, supporting the volunteers, disseminating agricultural technology, and beautiful countryside construction. At the same time, some thoughts on the further development of Dongshan Village were put forward, including elevating its standing position and building beautiful countryside, revitalizing cultivated land and developing characteristic agriculture, merging first, second and tertiary industries in rural area and promoting the rural tourism.
