Abstract: Construction and perfection of undergraduate talents cultivation system in institutions of higher education is an important link of teaching reform in higher education and has great significance for cultivation of innovative talents. Aimed at existing problems of talents cultivation in ecology in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, we proposed talents cultivation pattern of integration of four aspects including innovative teaching ideas, research-oriented theory teaching, entrepreneurial practice teaching and distinctive running pattern and developed teaching system aiming cultivation of innovative talents. By cultivation of students' independent choice spirit and innovation and entrepreneurial ability, the pattern and system gained double harvest in talents cultivation and research achievements.
