Abstract: Nature products are produced from microbes, plants and animals in nature. Their structure and kinds were diversified, including flavonoids, alkaloids, carbohydrates, terpenoids, etc. They have many kinds of physiological activity such as antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, Anti-Tumor, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic and immunomodulation. The paper reviewed study status of nature products and its application in medicine, health products, cosmetics, flavors and fragrances. Status of studies and application of nature products of agricultural products was highlighted. Some suggestions on research direction of nature products in the future were also proposed.
