Abstract: This paper summarized the main practices, effects and existing problems in the system construction of quality and safety of tea in Fuding City, and put forward some developing countermeasures on system construction of quality and safety of tea from the aspects of extensive publicity and guidance, implementation of territorial management responsibilities, strengthening joint law enforcement, improving the construction of standardization system, perfecting the construction of tea quality traceability system and encouraging cooperative management.
