竹纤维素氨基甲酸酯合成工艺的探究

    Study on Synthesis Process of Cellulose Carbamate of Bamboo

    • 摘要: 以竹筷为原料,采用化学蒸煮方法制备再生竹纤维素,利用再生竹纤维素与尿素合成竹纤维素氨基甲酸酯,通过正交设计,对影响竹纤维素氨基甲酸酯合成的因素进行考察,结果表明:影响竹纤维素氨基甲酸酯合成的因素大小为尿素预处理时间 > 酯化温度 > 尿素浓度 > 酯化时间 > 二甲苯用量,竹纤维素氨基甲酸酯合成工艺的最佳条件为尿素预处理时间9 h、尿素浓度45%、二甲苯用量20 mL、酯化温度140℃、酯化时间4 h。通过验证试验,在该工艺条件下合成的竹纤维素氨基甲酸酯含氮量为3.75%。

       

      Abstract: Bamboo chopsticks were used as raw materials to prepare regenerated bamboo cellulose and regenerated bamboo cellulose and carbamide were used for synthesis of bamboo cellulose carbamate. Orthogonal design was conducted to study influence factors of synthesis of bamboo cellulose carbamate. The results showed that the order of factors affecting synthesis of bamboo cellulose carbamate were pretreatment duration of carbamide > esterification temperature > carbamide concentration > esterification duration > xylene dosage. It reached the most optimum condition of synthesis process of cellulose carbamate of bamboo when pretreatment duration of carbamide was 9 hours, carbamide concentration was 45%, xylene dosage was 20 mL, esterification temperature was 140℃ and esterification duration was 4 hours. Through proof test, nitrogen content of cellulose carbamate of bamboo was 3.75% under this technological conditions.
