Abstract:
Bamboo chopsticks were used as raw materials to prepare regenerated bamboo cellulose and regenerated bamboo cellulose and carbamide were used for synthesis of bamboo cellulose carbamate. Orthogonal design was conducted to study influence factors of synthesis of bamboo cellulose carbamate. The results showed that the order of factors affecting synthesis of bamboo cellulose carbamate were pretreatment duration of carbamide > esterification temperature > carbamide concentration > esterification duration > xylene dosage. It reached the most optimum condition of synthesis process of cellulose carbamate of bamboo when pretreatment duration of carbamide was 9 hours, carbamide concentration was 45%, xylene dosage was 20 mL, esterification temperature was 140℃ and esterification duration was 4 hours. Through proof test, nitrogen content of cellulose carbamate of bamboo was 3.75% under this technological conditions.
