Abstract: Tea is one of the important traditional agricultural products in Fujian Province. In recent years, tea foreign exchange-earning capacity is continuously growing. In this paper, statistics of export amount, sale, position, price and market between 2009 and 2016 were conducted, status characteristics of tea export in Fujian Province was reviewed and main causes and faced problems of growth of tea export were also analyzed. Aimed at existing problems, some measures were proposed including positively countering green trade barriers, optimize exported tea structure, strengthening brand building of tea and increasing governmental support to export tea.
