5种菌草草粉栽培灰树花培养基配方筛选

    Screening of Culture Medium for Grifola Frondosa Cultivation with Five Kinds of JUNCAO Grass Powder

    • 摘要: 以5种菌草(象草、巨菌草、五节芒、芒萁和类芦)草粉为试材,采用三级系统筛选法从菌丝生长速度和菌丝长势等方面对25个配方进行了初步筛选研究,以期得到菌草栽培灰树花的最佳配方。结果表明:菌草栽培灰树花的最佳配方为五节芒50%、芒萁28%、麸皮5%、玉米粉15%、石膏2%,含水量为60%。该配方下灰树花的菌丝体生长速度快,达0.405 cm·d-1;灰树花子实体的生物转化率最高,为43.39%。

       

      Abstract: Five kinds of JUNCAO grass powder (Pennisetum purpureum, Pennisetum giganteum, Miscanthus floridulus, Dicranopteris dichotoma and Neyraudia reynaudiana) were used as test materials. Twenty-five formulas were preliminarily screened from mycelial growth rate and mycelial growth vigor by three-lever system screening method in order to obtain the best formula for cultivating Grifola frondosa. The results showed that the best formula for Grifola frondosa mycelium growth was 50% of Miscanthus floridulus, 28% of Dicranopteris dichotoma, 5% of wheat bran, 15% of Maize flour, 2% of gypsum, and 60% moisture content. The Grifola frondosa mycelium growth speed was up to 0.405 cm·d-1. The percent conversion of Grifola frondosa fruit body can reached to 43.39%, which higher than other JUNCAO formulas.
