灰树花多糖提取工艺研究

    Study on Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Grifola Frondosa

    • 摘要: 研究灰树花多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,采用单因素试验研究pH值、提取时间、料液比、提取温度4个因素对灰树花多糖提取率的影响,在单因素试验基础上设置四因素三水平正交试验,以灰树花多糖提取率为指标,优化最佳提取工艺。结果表明:各试验因素影响主次顺序为提取时间 > pH值 > 料液比 > 提取温度;灰树花多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:pH值7.5,提取时间 2.0 h,料液比1:20,提取温度为90℃,采用此工艺条件提取灰树花多糖提取率为20.94%。

       

      Abstract: The optimal extraction conditions of Grifola frondosa were studied. The effects of pH value, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Grifola frondosa were studied by single factor test. On the basis of single factor test, four factors and three levels orthogonal experiments were set up to optimize the extraction process with the extraction rate of Grifola frondosa polysaccharides as the index. The results showed that the order of influencing factors was extraction time > pH value > solid-liquid ratio > extraction temperature. The optimum extraction condictions were pH 7.5, extraction time 2.0 h, solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,and extraction temperature 90℃. With these conditions, the extraction rate was 20.94%.
