Abstract: Taking Qinfeng, a Dioscorea Opposita Thunb variety, as the experimental material, single and double row cultivation were set up, and the plant spacing were 8 cm, 16 cm and 24 cm. Two-factor random block experiment was conducted to explore the best combination of cultivation density. The results showed that under the condition of single row cultivation and 8cm plant spacing, 82 500 plants per hectare could not only obtain high yield, but also obtain high tuber weight per plant.
