Abstract: Agricultural science and technology training is an important carrier to promote the transformation and popularization of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the questionnaire data of the training course of basic level agricultural technology extension in Guangxi academy of agricultural sciences, this paper analyzed the technical training needs and service status of Guangxi basic level agricultural technology extension personnel, and put forward some suggestions on developing basic level agricultural technology training and improving basic level agricultural technology service, aiming at exploring new training mode and effectively promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
