利用分子标记辅助选择改良蜀恢527对白叶枯病的抗性

    Improvement of Resistance to Bacterial Blight in Shuhui 527 through Molecular Marker-Assisted Selection

    • 摘要: 分子标记辅助选择可快速实现对目标基因的准确选择,为分子育种提供有效工具。以杂交水稻恢复系蜀恢527为受体亲本,以携带抗白叶枯病抗性基因Xa23的IRBBL23为供体亲本,利用杂交、回交育种结合分子标记辅助选择的方法,将广谱持久抗白叶枯病基因Xa23导入到优良恢复系蜀恢527中,获得22份含有Xa23基因的改良株系。用白叶枯病菌致病菌系P6接种改良株系,筛选出1份高抗白叶枯病的新恢复系R527-Xa23。进一步考察R527-Xa23与不育系谷A、Ⅱ-32A和特丰A配制杂交组合的农艺性状,结果显示R527-Xa23与蜀恢R527的组合,在穗长、每株穗数、结实率和千粒重等相关农艺性状上相似,表明该恢复系R527-Xa23在培育白叶枯病抗性杂交水稻组合上具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Molecular marker-assisted selection can achieve accurate selection of target genes quickly and provides an effective tool for molecular breeding. Using restorer line Shuhui 527 as receptor parent and IRBBL23, which carrying Xa23, a resistance gene to bacterial blight, as donor parent, the broad-spectrum and persistently resistant gene Xa23 was introduced into the restorer line Shuhui 527 by crossing and backcross breeding combined with molecular marker-assisted selection, 22 improved lines containing Xa23 gene were obtained. A New Restorer Line R527-Xa23 with high resistance to bacterial blight was screened by inoculating the improved strain P6. The agronomic traits of hybrid combinations from R527-Xa23 and sterile lines Gu A, Ⅱ-32A and Tefeng A were further investigated. The results showed that the improved combinations of R527-Xa23 and Shuhui R527 had similar agronomic traits in panicle length, number of panicles per plant and 1000-grain weight, which indicated that the restorer line R527-Xa23 had broad application prospects in breeding hybrid rice combinations that resistant to bacterial blight.
