Abstract:
The resistance to clubroot of 43 fast vegetables from different ecological types were identified and evaluated using intelligent phytotron. 8 fast vegetables showing resistant to Plasmodiophora brassicae from the intelligent phytotron of Fujian Jinpin Agricultural Science and Technology Corporation Limited were screened, which were B-003, B-015, B-016, B-026, B-032, Zao 5-1, Jingyan-1, while 19 showed susceptible, 16 showed highly susceptible, and 20 showed 100% of incidence rate. Inoculation through irrigating bacterial liquid could ensure the number of Plasmodiophora brassicae during the experiment. Meanwhile, controlling temperature and humidity by intelligent phytotron was beneficial to the development and transmission of Plasmodiophora brassicae. It could make up for the shortcomings of other methods, increase the accuracy of identification, and was simple and easy to operate.
