Abstract: In order to select the varieties of orange-red internal head Chinese cabbage suitable for being cultivated in autumn and winter in Fuzhou, as compared with the orange-red internal head Chinese cabbage in Beijing, the comparative experiment on the agronomic characters, yields and disease resistance of the 14 varieties of orange-red internal head Chinese cabbage was carried out. The results showed that Jiaoyanhongyun orange-red internal head Chinese cabbage had high uniformity, early maturity, long tube shape, less outer leaves, orange-red heart leaves, high resistance to sclerotinia sclerotiorum, immune to tip burn, and the yield per 667 m² could reach 5 621.76 kg, which was 75.34% higher than that of the control group, indicating that the variety was suitable to be cultivated in autumn and winter in Fuzhou.
