Abstract:
The method of slow growth conservation was used to conduct the experiment of in vitro conservation of mosaic anoectochilus formosanus. The results showed that:In the culture conditions of the temperature being 24±3℃, the illumination intensity being 1 500-2 000 lx for the first 3 months and 500-1 000 lx after 3 months, and the illumination time being 10 h·d
-1, the survival rate of the single bud of mosaic anoectochilus formosanus reached 85.0% after 12 months conservation in the modified MS+sucrose 20 g·L
-1+ mannitol 20 g·L
-1 medium. And it could restore normal growth after the conservation, which provided a new method and idea for the germplasm conservation of anoectochilus formosanus.
