福建沿海菲律宾蛤仔工厂化人工育苗技术

    Industrialized Artificial Breeding Technologies of Ruditapes Philippinarum Along the Coast of Fujian

    • 摘要: 菲律宾蛤仔是沿海主要养殖贝类,根据多年生产实践和相关研究,总结一套菲律宾蛤仔工厂化人工育苗技术。探究育苗过程中的藻类培育、亲贝催产、幼虫培育和附着变态关键技术,3批次育苗共使用亲贝3 500 kg,产卵330亿个,选优D形幼虫200亿只,稚贝100亿粒,后期结合土池培育,极大提高了菲律宾蛤仔苗种生产效率和产量,为菲律宾蛤仔全人工养殖推广和开发提供技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Ruditapes philippinarum are the main cultivated shellfish along the coast. Based on years of production practice and related research, a set of industrialized artificial breeding technologies of Ruditapes philippinarum was summarized. The key technologies of algae cultivation, parent oyster spawning induction, larvae cultivation, settlement and metamorphosis in the process of breeding,were explored. And three batches of breeding have used a total of 3 500 kg parent shellfish, spawned 33 billion eggs, selected 20 billion D-shaped larvae and 10 billion juvenile mollusks. Combined with the earthen pond cultivation in the late period, the production efficiency and yield of Ruditapes philippinarum larvae were greatly improved, which provided technical support for the extension and development of the complete artificial cultivation of Ruditapes philippinarum.
