Abstract:
In order to understand the relationship between the nutritional value and the content of mineral elements in
porphyra haitanensis, and to provide reference for further processing and utilization of
porphyra haitanensis products. The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion technique, and then the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Se, Sr and Mo in
porphyra haitanensis was simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), the method was simple and quick in operation and had wide dynamic range, low detection limit, good recovery, high precision and accuracy. The results showed that
porphyra haitanensis was rich in essential macro mineral elements including Ca, Mg, and essential microelements such as Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Se, Mo and so on, which had high edible value and health value.
