电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS)测定坛紫菜中矿物质元素含量

    Determination of Mineral Element Contents in Porphyra Haitanensi by Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)

    • 摘要: 为了解坛紫菜的营养价值与其所含矿物质元素含量的关系,以及进一步坛紫菜产品的深加工利用提供参考,采用微波消解技术前处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定紫菜中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Co、Se、Sr、Mo共10种矿物质元素含量,该方法操作简便快速、动态范围宽、检出限低、回收率好、精密度和准确度高。结果表明:坛紫菜含有丰富的人体必需常量矿物质元素Ca、Mg,以及Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Co、Se、Mo等人体必需微量元素,具有很高的食用价值和保健价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the relationship between the nutritional value and the content of mineral elements in porphyra haitanensis, and to provide reference for further processing and utilization of porphyra haitanensis products. The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion technique, and then the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Se, Sr and Mo in porphyra haitanensis was simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), the method was simple and quick in operation and had wide dynamic range, low detection limit, good recovery, high precision and accuracy. The results showed that porphyra haitanensis was rich in essential macro mineral elements including Ca, Mg, and essential microelements such as Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Se, Mo and so on, which had high edible value and health value.
