Abstract: Liangyou 0328 was a two-line hybrid late rice variety bred from 1103S as the female parent and Q28 as the male parent by Grain Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It was approved by Hubei Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2014 (the approval number was 2014010). The characteristics of female parent 1103S and male parent Q28 of Liangyou 0328 were introduced in this paper. Then, the technical measures of high-yielding seed production of Liangyou 0328 in Ninghua County were summarized, including the selection of seed production plot, reasonable arrangement of earing and flowering period, cultivation of tiller strong seedlings, strengthening the field management and flowering period prediction, prevention and control of diseases, insect pests and weeds, strict removal of impurities and inferior plants, and timely harvesting.
