Abstract:
In order to better develop and utilize
Cymbopogon Citratus, the method of headspace extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analysis the volatile components of
Cymbopogon Citratus leaves (removing the midvein of leaves) and the midvein of leaves. The results showed that a total of 27 volatile components were detected in
Cymbopogon Citratus leaves (removing the midvein of leaves), among which the content of geraniol was the highest (30.44%), the content of citronellal was the second (27.60%), and the content of neral was the third (19.69%). A total of 17 volatile components were detected in the midvein of
Cymbopogon Citratus leaves, among which the content of geraniol was the highest (51.52%), the content of citronellal was the second (15.69%), and the content of neral was the third (11.15%). According to the volatile components of
Cymbopogon Citratus leaves (removing the midvein of leaves) and the midvein of leaves, a total of 16 volatile components were detected, and there was not much difference in the composition of the main components, which were mainly alcohol, aldehydes and olefins.
