氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙对凡纳滨对虾养殖尾水中磷去除的研究

    Study on the Removal of Phosphorus from Aquaculture Tail Water of Litopenaeus Vannamei by Magnesium Hydroxide and Calcium Hydroxide

    • 摘要: 采用不同浓度的氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙处理对虾养殖尾水,研究氢氧化钙、氢氧化镁的使用浓度、搅拌时间及沉降时间对磷去除的影响。采用国家标准《GB11893-89水质总磷的测定钼酸铵分光光度法》测定水样中总磷、可溶性总磷酸盐及可溶性正磷酸盐的浓度。结果表明:氢氧化镁浓度为3 000 mg·L-1、搅拌时间为15 min、沉降时间为15 min时,对虾养殖尾水中总磷、可溶性总磷酸盐以及可溶性正磷酸盐的去除率达到最高值,分别为96.29%、93.29%、95.56%。氢氧化钙浓度为400 mg·L-1、搅拌时间为10 min、沉降时间为15 min时,对虾养殖尾水中总磷、可溶性总磷酸盐以及可溶性正磷酸盐的去除率达到最高,分别98.80%、93.89%、95.56%。经过氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙处理后的水样磷含量符合《GB8978-1996污水综合排放标准》磷酸盐的一级排放标准(≤ 0.5 mg·L-1),处理后水样中的pH分别为8.88、8.60,总磷和pH都符合养殖尾水排放标准《SC/T9101-2007淡水池塘养殖水排放要求》。这两种试剂具有价格低廉、无二次污染且操作简便等特点,是非常理想的"绿色安全水处理剂",可为虾池养殖尾水的处理提供帮助。

       

      Abstract: By using the different concentrations of magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide to treat the tail water of prawn culture, the effects of the concentrations of calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, stirring time and settling time on the phosphorus removal were studied. The concentrations of total phosphorus, soluble total phosphate and soluble orthophosphate in water samples were determined by the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method in GB11893-89 determination of total phosphorus in water quality. The results showed that when the concentration of magnesium hydroxide was 3 000 mg·L-1, the stirring time was 15 min, and the settling time was 15 min, the removal rates of total phosphorus, soluble total phosphate and soluble orthophosphate in the tail water of prawn culture reached the highest value, being 96.29%, 93.29% and 95.56% respectively, while when the concentration of calcium hydroxide was 400 mg·L-1, the stirring time was 10 min, and the settling time was 15 min, the removal rates of total phosphorus, soluble total phosphate and soluble orthophosphate in the tail water of prawn culture reached the highest value, being 98.80%、93.89%、95.56% respectively. The phosphorus content in water samples treated with magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide conforms to the first-level discharge standard of phosphate (≤ 0.5 mg·L-1) in GB8978-1996 comprehensive discharge standard of waste water, and the pH value of the treated water samples was 8.88 and 8.60, respectively. The total phosphorus and pH value were both consistent with the discharge standard of aquaculture tail water, namely SC/T9101-2007 discharge requirements of aquaculture water in freshwater ponds. These two kinds of reagent had the characteristics of low price, no secondary pollution and easy operation, so they were very ideal "green safe water treatment agent", which could provide help for the treatment of aquaculture tail water in prawn pond.
