21个淮山新品种区域筛选试验

    Regional Screening Test of the 21 New Varieties of Chinese Yam

    • 摘要: 为筛选出适合明溪县种植的高产、优质、高抗的优良淮山品种,2019年从全国引进21个淮山新品种进行对比试验,综合考察各品种的产量、抗逆性、结薯性及口感。试验结果表明:麻沙本地大薯、武夷山紫山药每667 m2产量为3 784.64、3 541.90 kg,分别比对照明溪淮山1号增产15.31%和7.92%,这两个品种可作为大薯品种淮山小面积推广试种。安砂小叶薯每667 m2产量为2 519.68 kg,茎蔓生长势较强、较抗病、品质优、薯块短粗、易挖掘、商品率高,总体经济效益优良,可作为重点推广试种。浙江文城糯米山药与浙江文城营养糯米山药,肉质呈白色,糯性极强,口感较好;六月薯、七月薯具有生育期短的特点,可在每年六、七月成熟上市,这4个品种可作为特色品种小面积推广试种。广西紫玉淮山、红皮白心、白条山药、阳明山山药、麻沙小金薯、麻沙硬壳薯等7个品种具有产量较高,茎蔓生长势较强,较抗病,品质较好等优点,可采用品种试验与扩繁相结合的方式继续开展淮山新品种试验示范。

       

      Abstract: In order to screen out the superior Chinese yam varieties suitable for Mingxi County with high yield, high quality and high resistance, 21 new Chinese yam varieties were introduced from all over the country in 2019 for the comparative test to comprehensively investigate the yield, stress resistance, tuberization capability and taste of each variety. The results showed that the yield of Masha local big potato and Wuyishan purple yam per 667 m2 was 3 784.64 kg and 3 541.90 kg respectively, and the yield was increased by 15.31% and 7.92% respectively, compared with that of Mingx Chinese yam No.1. The two varieties could be experimentally planted in the small area as the big potato varieties of Chinese yam. The yield of Ansha lobular potato per 667 m2 was 2 519.68 kg, with strong vine growth, better disease resistance, superior quality, short and thick potato blocks, easy to dig, high commodity rate and good overall economic benefits, which could be used as the key promotion trial. The meat of Zhejiang Wencheng glutinous rice yam and Zhejiang Wencheng nutrition glutinous rice yam was white, with glutinous strong and good taste. And due to June potato and July potato had the charateristics of short growth period, they could be put on the market when ripening in June and July every year. So, the 4 varieties could be experimentally planted in the small area as the characteristic varieties. The 7 varieties of Guangxi Ziyu yam, Hongpibaixin, Baitiao yam, Yangmingshan yam, Masha little yam and Masha shell yam had the advantages of higher yield, stronger vine growth, better disease resistance and better quality, etc. Therefore, the experiment demonstration of the new varieties of Chinese yam could be carried out by combining the variety test and the expanding propagation.
