    Simultaneous Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Soil by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 采取氢化物发生——原子荧光光谱法同时测定土壤中砷和汞。结果表明:该方法砷的检出限为0.14 mg·kg-1,汞的检出限为0.004 mg·kg-1,标准曲线的相关性系数R均达到0.999 9,砷、汞的精密度和准确度的相对标准偏差RSD均小于10%。该方法满足了农业地质对砷、汞分析测试的要求,具有推广的价值。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in soil. The experimental results showed that the detection limit of arsenic was 0.14 mg·kg-1, and the detection limit of mercury was 0.004 mg·kg-1. The correlation coefficient R of standard curve was 0.999 9, and the RSD of precision and accuracy of arsenic and mercury was all less than 10%. The method met the requirements of agro-geology for the analysis and testing of arsenic and mercury, and had the value of popularization.
