    Introduction and Screening of 6 New Varieties of Purple Sweet Potato with High Quality

    • 摘要: 为筛选和鉴定适合安溪县种植的紫甘薯品种,以福宁紫3号为对照,对初步筛选出的龙津薯3号、泉紫薯96、龙紫4号、龙紫9号、福宁紫5号、金薯17等6个紫甘薯品种进行品种比较试验,考察各品种的产量、品质、抗病性、地上部和地下部生长动态及主要性状。试验结果表明:龙紫9号兼具高产、优质、较高淀粉、抗病,综合表现最为突出,适宜作为优质紫薯品种在生产上利用;泉紫薯96和金薯17鲜薯产量表现一般,但淀粉产量较高,食用品质和外观品质均好,适宜作为优质鲜食紫薯品种在生产利用;龙津薯3号收获期鲜薯和淀粉产量均较低,但早熟表现突出,适宜作为早熟品种在生产上利用。

       

      Abstract: In order to screen and identify the varieties of purple sweet potato that were suitable to be planted in Anxi County, Funingzi No.3 was taken as the control group, the six varieties of purple sweet potato, including Longjinshu No.3, Quanzishu No.96, Longzi No.4, Longzi No.9, Funingzi No.5 and Jinshu 17, were screened out for the variety comparison test, in ordert to investigate the yield, quality, disease resistance, the growth dynamics and main characters of the aboveground and underground parts of each variety. The results showed that Longzi No.9 had high yield, high quality, high starch and disease resistance, and its comprehensive performance was the most outstanding, so it was suitable to be used as the high-quality variety of purple sweet potato in production. The yield of the fresh potato of Quanzishu No.96 and Jinshu No.17 was average, but the yield of starch was high, and the edible quality and appearance quality were both good, so they were suitable to be used as the high-quality variety of fresh purple sweet potato in production. The yield of the fresh potato and starch of Longjinshu No.3 at the harvest time was low, but the early-maturing performance was outstanding, so it was suitable to be used as the early-maturing variety in production.
