Abstract:
It is an inevitable trend for the development of agricultural research institutes to establish the performance evaluation system of scientific and technical personnel in agricultural research institutes based on the Internet technology. In this paper, through sorting operation characteristics of Fujian provincial public welfare scientific research institutes and existing main problems of performance evaluation system for the scientific and technological personnel. focusing on the balanced comparison, the design and implementation of the Internet-based performance evaluation system for the scientific and technological personnel in Fujian provincial public welfare agricultural research institutes were studied from the aspects of index design, institute characteristics, horizontal comparison and technical realization.
