蛹草拟青霉FY1421培养物对南美白对虾生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫功能的影响

    Effects of Paecilomyces Militaris FY1421 Culture on the Growth Performance, Blood Biochemical Indexes and Immune Function of Penaeus Vannamei

    • 摘要: 为了评估蛹草拟青霉FY1421培养物作南美白对虾饲料添加剂的养殖效果。采用液体发酵获得高虫草素含量的菌丝体及其代谢产物-蛹草拟青霉FY1421培养物,作为添加剂以0.05%添加到对虾基础日粮,同时设立基础日粮为对照组,考察添加蛹草拟青霉FY1421培养物对南美白对虾生长的影响。结果表明:试验组南美白对虾增重率和成活率分别比对照组提高34.0%和24.8%,且差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05),同时饵料系数降低9.8%。与对照组相比,试验组可使对虾血清溶菌酶活力、酚氧化酶活力分别提高43.3%和34.0%,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),肝胰腺中碱性磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶也显著提高(P<0.05),肌肉中丙二醛含量降低37.9%。结果表明蛹草拟青霉FY1421培养物能够改善南美白对虾的生长性能,提高对虾免疫功能和抗氧化能力,提高对虾生存和抗病能力。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate the breeding effect of the culture of Paecilomyces militaris FY1421 as a feed additive for Penaeus vannamei, The mycelium with high cordycepin content and its metabolites, the culture of Paecilomyces militaris FY1421, were obtained by liquid fermentation, which was added as an additive to the basal diet of shrimp at 0.05%, and at the same time, the basal diet was set as the control group, thus to investigate the effects of adding the culture of Paecilomyces militaris FY1421 on the growth of Penaeus vannamei. The results showed that the weight gain rate and survival rate of Penaeus vannamei in the experimental group were 34.0% and 24.8% higher than those in the control group, respectively, and the difference reached a significant level (P<0.05). At the same time, the feed coefficient of the experimental group decreased by 9.8%. Compared with the control group, the experimental group could increase the activity of serum lysozyme and phenoloxidase of shrimp by 43.3% and 34.0%, respectively, and the difference reached a significant level (P<0.05). The alkaline phosphatase, superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in hepatopancreas also increased significantly (P<0.05), and the content of malondialdehyde in muscle decreased by 37.9%. The results showed that the culture of Paecilomyces militaris FY1421 could improve the growth performance of Penaeus vannamei, improve the immune activity and antioxidant capacity of shrimp, and could be beneficial to the survival and disease resistance of shrimp.
