Abstract: Through sorting out the existing problems of the old website of Fujian Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, such as too many columns, difficulty in updating the information, unoutstanding service items and so on, in accordance with the goal of building a service-oriented government website and building a display platform for the achievements of new rural construction, the upgrade and the planning to the website column, the webpage design style, the technical architecture and the background function was carried out. The upgraded new website enhanced the service function, realized the dynamic update of the content, and provided the convenient "one-stop" service. In this paper, the reconsideration was carried out on how to further improve the website management mechanism, improve the content quality of the website and strengthen the safety protection, in order to promote the level of website constructions.
