真姬菇新菌株X1品种特性和生产性能评价

    Characteristics and Production Evaluation of the New Strain X1 of Hypsizigus Marmoreus

    • 摘要: 为鉴定真姬菇新菌株X1的丰产性、稳定性、适应性,为后续该菌株推广应用提供参考,选用古田县真姬菇主栽菌株HX-1为对照,通过栽培周期、子实体产量、农艺性状等表现对真姬菇新菌株X1进行生产性能评价。结果表明:真姬菇新菌株X1子实体簇生型;菌盖白色;菌柄白色、质地较硬;与菌株HX-1相比培养周期缩短10 d以上;生产同步性好、出菇整齐,平均鲜菇单产676.52 g·袋-1,较菌株HX-1增产5.86%。综上,真姬菇新菌株X1具有较好的生产应用价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to identify the high yield, stability and adaptability of the new strain X1 of Hypsizigus marmoreus, and provide reference for the subsequent promotion and application of the strain, the main strain HX-1 of Hypsizigus marmoreus cultivated in Gutian County was selected as the control group, and the production performance of the new strain X1 of Hypsizigus marmoreus was evaluated through the cultivation cycle, the yield of fruiting body, and agronomic traits, etc. The results showed that the fruiting body of the new strain X1 of Hypsizigus marmoreus was cespitose, while the pileus was white and the stipe was white and hard. Compared with the strain HX-1, the cultivation cycle of the new strain was shortened by more than 10 days, with synchronous production and fruiting regularly. The average yield per unit of fresh mushroom was 676.52 g per bag, which was 5.86% higher than that of the strain HX-1. In conclusion, the new strain X1 of Hypsizigus marmoreus had good value for production and application.
