Abstract: Farmer training is an important way to enhance the human capital of farmers and promote the rural revitalization strategy. How to design the policy system, effectively cooperate with all kinds of farmer training subjects, and then improve the training effect is the top priority. Based on the collaborative supply theory, the composition of thE e new-type professional farmer training providers and their comparative advantages, functions, benefits and payment capacity were firstly analyzed. Secondly, based on the theory of "triple helix", the form of coordinated supply of new-type professional farmer training subjects was summarized. Finally, combined with the field investigation of the Council of Zhejiang Farmer University and the relevant training personnel, the cooperative realization mechanism and its practical effect of various subjects of farmer training were analyzed, in order to provide decision-making reference for the relevant departments to formulate the more effective cooperative supply and coordination policies of farmer training and to improve the effect of farmer training.
