Abstract:
In order to explore the effects of different extraction methods on the total flavonoid content of wild
Macleaya cordata and to analyze the difference of total flavonoid content in different growth parts of wild
Macleaya cordata in different regions, the samples of wild
Macleaya cordata from Guangze County of Nanping City and Mingxi County of Sanming City in Fujian Province were collected, and five different extraction methods, including the methanol extraction, ultrasonic-methanol extraction, ultrasonic-methanol supplement extraction, ultrasonic-ethanol extraction, and ethanol extraction, were used to extract the total flavonoids from
Macleaya cordata. Then, NaNO
2·Al(NO

3 colorimetry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids, and SPSS18.0 was used for the data statistics and analysis. The results showed that the ultrasonic-methanol supplemental extraction method had the best extraction effect, and the content and extraction rate of total flavonoids were the highest. The content and extraction rate of total flavonoids in the leaves of wild
Macleaya cordata in Guangze and Mingxi were higher than those in the roots and stems. The content and extraction rate of total flavonoids in different parts of the samples of wild
Macleaya cordata in Guangze were slightly higher than that in Mingxi, but there was no significant difference.
