Abstract:
In order to achieve the purpose of up-to-standard discharge of fecal sewage treatment, a new sewage treatment process was provided, that was the solid-liquid separation-black membrane anaerobic fermentation pond-hydrolytic acidification pond-coagulative precipitation tank-A/O-advanced treatment process. Through the practice and application of large-scale pig farms in Shanbian Village of Xudun Town in Jian'ou City by Fujian Xinxing Boar Breeding Co., Ltd., after the advanced treatment, the effluent chemical oxygen demand (COD
cr), the biological oxygen demand (BOD
5) and the ammonia nitrogen content (NH
3-N) were respectively 147.2 mg·L
-1, 28.6 mg·L
-1, and 7.6 mg·L
-1. The suspended matter concentration (SS) was 9.8 mg·L
-1. This process established a new up-to-standard discharge mode of pig manure treatment by means of the technology integration, which provided a demonstration application for the pig manure treatment and the sustainable development of pig farms in Fujian Province.
