Abstract:
In order to investigate the effects of the preparations of probiotic on the emission reduction, odor reduction of pigsty and growth performance of pigs during the process of pig breeding, the ″three-dimensional″ application method of adding probiotics in the feed, spraying deodorant powder on the surface of pig manure and spraying deodorant liquid in the piggery was used to monitor the relevant indicators of feces, the ammonia concentration in piggery and the growth performance of pigs in the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that: in the experimental group, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the feces of pigs decreased from 11.26 mg·g
-1, 0.58% and 3 000 mg·g
-1 to 10.22 mg·g
-1, 0.34% and 2 100 mg·g
-1, respectively. The ammonia concentration in the environment of piggery decreased from (3±0.026) mg·m
-3 to (2±0.023) mg·m
-3. The odor situation was effectively alleviated, and the odor level in piggery decreased from obvious (++) to slight (+). The growth performance of pigs was improved, and the daily gain increased from 289.63 g·d
-1 to 318.79 g·d
-1, and the mortality rate decreased by 0.2%. The results showed that the preparations of probiotic had good effects on the emission reduction, deodorization and growth performance of pigs during the process of pig breeding.
