Abstract: Scientific research archives contain abundant scientific and technological information resources. The efficient development and utilization of these information resources can accelerate the pace of rural revitalization driven by scientific and technological innovation. By taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the actual effects and existing problems of promoting rural revitalization through mining the scientific and technological innovative information resources contained in the scientific research archives were explored, and some suggestions and inspirations were put forward, such as excavating agricultural scientific and technological talents, integrating scientific and technological platform resources, gathering the resources of scientific and technological achievements, sharing scientific and technological cooperation resources, and strengthening the publicity of scientific and technological resources, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical examples for agricultural scientific research institutions to better serve the rural revitalization.
