Abstract:
In order to establish the pesticide application technology for the green prevention and control of
Panonychus citri, nine kinds of pesticides allowed for the production of green food in China were selected to study the field control effect on
Panonychus citri in the orchards of Sanhong miyou in Fuqing City of Fujian Province. The results showed that 20% etoxazole suspension concentrate of 3 500 times dilution, 22.4% spirotetramat suspension concentrate of 4 500 times dilution and 43% bifenazate suspension concentrate of 2 500 times dilution had good quick-acting property, long effective duration and high prevention effect, which were the effective insecticides for the prevention and control of
Panonychus citri, and suitable for the promotion and application in the production of Sanhong miyou. 99% mineral oil of 225 times dilution and 240 g·L
-1 spirodiclofen suspension concentrate of 5 000 times dilution had poor quick-acting property but long effective duration, and could be mixed with other agents with good quick-acting property. 20% fenbutatin oxide suspension concentrate of 1 500 times dilution had poor quick-acting property and general effective duration, which might be related to the relatively low temperature during the experiment. 5% hexythiazox oil concentrate of 1 650 times dilution, 20% clofentezine suspension concentrate of 1 800 times dilution and 5% fenpyroximate suspension concentrate of 1 500 times dilution all showed poor performance in terms of the quick-acting property and effective duration. Therefore, the concentration of each single agent should be appropriately increased, or the single agent should be discontinued or mixed scientifically with other agents. It was suggested that the pesticides such as etoxazole, spirotetramat, and bifenazater with good quick-acting property & effective duration and high control efficiency when the density of
Panonychus citri was high. The pesticides such as mineral oil and spirodiclofen with relatively poor quick-acting property but long effective duration could be used in the early stage of the occurrence of
Panonychus citri or when it was at low density, and the control effect would be improved by appropriately increasing the dosage or mixing with other pesticides with good quick-acting property.
