23份鲜食大豆产量与主要农艺性状的关联度分析
Correlation Analysis Between the Yield and Main Agronomic Traits of 23 Vegetable Soybean Samples

摘要: 为研究鲜食大豆产量与主要农艺性状的相关性,以23份鲜食大豆种质为材料,对其标准荚产量、鲜荚产量与11个主要农艺性状分别进行灰色关联度分析,以期筛选出影响鲜食大豆标准荚产量和鲜荚产量的主要因素,为鲜食大豆育种提供理论依据。结果表明:标准荚产量与主要农艺性状的关联顺序依次为:单株有效荚数>有效分枝数>单株荚重>双粒荚果数>主茎节数>株高>单粒荚果数>鲜百粒重>生育日数>3粒荚果数>底荚高度;鲜荚产量与主要农艺性状的关联顺序依次为:单株荚重>单株有效荚数>株高>有效分枝数>双粒荚果数>单粒荚果数>生育日数>主茎节数>底荚高度>鲜百粒重>3粒荚果数。可见,影响鲜食大豆产量的主要性状为:单株有效荚数、有效分枝数、单株荚重和双粒荚果数等4个性状。影响标准荚产量的主要性状,最主要的是单株有效荚数,其次为有效分枝数;影响鲜荚产量的主要性状,最主要的是单株荚重,其次为单株有效荚数。Abstract: In order to study the correlation between the yield and main agronomic traits of vegetable soybean, 23 vegetable soybean germplasms were used as the materials to analyze the grey relational grade between the standard pod yield, fresh pod yield and 11 main agronomic traits, thus to screen out the main factors affecting the standard pod yield and fresh pod yield of vegetable soybean, and provide theoretical basis for the breeding of vegetable soybean. The results showed that the order of the correlation between standard pod yield and main agronomic traits was ranked as follows: effective pod number per plant>effective branch number>pod weight per plant>double-seed pod number>node number of main sti>plant height>one-seeded pod number>fresh 100-seed weight>number of growing days>three-seed pod number>bottom pod height. The order of the correlation between fresh pod yield and main agronomic traits was ranked as follows: pod weight per plant>effective pod number per plant>plant height>effective branch number>double-seed pod number>one-seeded pod number>number of growing days>node number of main sti>bottom pod height>fresh 100-seed weight>three-seed pod number. It could be seen that the main traits affecting the yield of vegetable soybean were the effective pod number per plant, effective branch number, pod weight per plant and double-seed pod number. The main traits affecting the standard pod yield were the number of effective pods per plant, followed by the number of effective branches; while the main traits affecting the fresh pod yield were the pod weight per plant, followed by the effective pod number per plant.
