植物叶面肥Silamol对杂交水稻制种产量的影响

    Effects of Plant Foliar Fertilizer Silamol on the Seed Production of Hybrid Rice

    • 摘要: 为探讨施用植物叶面肥Silamol对杂交水稻制种产量的影响,以水稻不育系材料荃9311A、华浙2A、糯S、1892S、隆科638S、华玮338S和1678S为试验对象,研究喷施不同浓度Silamol对杂交水稻制种产量的影响。结果表明:小区试验中,与不喷施Silamol对照相比,不育系1892S喷施Silamol异交结实率提高4.7%~12.9%,小区产量增产幅度达11.11%~13.75%。7个不同地点大区试验中,喷施Silamol制种产量比不喷施Silamol(CK)高,增产幅度达4.7%~12.7%。利用水稻两系不育系1678S进行了逐日授粉试验,发现Silamol可显著提高1678S的盛花期异交结实率。综合以上分析表明,杂交水稻制种田花期喷施不同浓度Silamol具有较好的增产效果,可在杂交水稻制种中推广应用。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the effect of plant foliar fertilizer Silamol on the seed production of hybrid rice, by taking Quan 9311A, Huazhe 2A, Nuo S, 1892S, Longke 638S, Huawei 338S and 1678S as the test objects, the effects of spraying different concentrations of Silamol on the seed production yield of hybrid rice were studied. The results showed that in the plot experiment, the allogamy fructification rate of the sterile line 1892S sprayed with Silamol increased by 4.7%-12.9% and the plot yield increased by 11.11%-13.75% compared with the control group. In the large-plot tests of seven different locations, the seed production of hybrid rice sprayed with Silamol was higher than that without spraying Silamol (CK), and the yield increased by 4.7%-12.7%. The daily pollination experiment of the two-line sterile line rice 1678S was carried out. It was found that Silamol could significantly increase the allogamy fructification rate of 1678S at the full flowering stage. The above analysis showed that spraying different concentrations of Silamol at the flowering stage in the seed production field of hybrid rice had better yield increasing effect, which could be popularized and applied in the seed production of hybrid rice.
