Abstract: From the perspective of rural revitalization, the rural industrial development is an important means to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, a powerful starting point for the transformation and upgrading of industrial poverty alleviation to industrial prosperity, and a key to realizing the convergence of poverty alleviation to rural revitalization. In order to further promote the development of rural industries, the connotation and characteristics of the involution of rural industrial development were studied, and the status of the involution of rural industrial development under the background of rural revitalization was actively explored. Then, the countermeasures were put forward including fostering a variety of new forms of business to promote the sustainable development of rural industries, promoting the sustainable development to achieve the new economic stability, promoting the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas to help the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and improving the endogenous power of farmers to promote the realization of common prosperity, so as to achieve the goals of rural industrial de-involution development.
