2种不同养猪微生物发酵床垫料使用后的异质性分析

    Heterogeneity Analysis on Two Different Kinds of Mattresses of Microbial Fermentation Bed for Pig Breeding After Using

    • 摘要: 为了筛选更多可用养猪微生物发酵床垫料的材料,以谷壳/锯糠垫料和椰糠垫料为研究对象,分析饲养了保育猪12个月后不同垫料的营养成分、微生物含量及挥发性物质的差异性。结果表明:饲养保育猪12个月后,2种垫料腐熟程度均较低,椰糠垫料的有机质、腐植酸、胡敏酸、富啡酸、全氮和全钾(K2O)的含量均高于谷壳/锯糠垫料。椰糠垫料可培养微生物含量为0.15×107 cfu·g-1,显著低于谷壳/锯糠垫料(3.60×107 cfu·g-1),未检测到沙门氏菌。2种垫料检测挥发性物质(匹配度≥90)种类少,含量低;其中椰糠垫料的挥发性物质2种,分别为1,4-二氯苯(3.91%)和D-樟脑(1.667%);谷壳/锯糠垫料中的挥发性物质3种,分别为1,3-二氯苯(3.65%)、左旋樟脑(1.36%)和B-柏木烯(0.66%)。2种垫料使用12个月后均可作为良好的腐殖酸原料(NY/T1106-2010《含腐植酸水溶肥料》)或有机肥原料(NY/T525-2021《有机肥标准》)。

       

      Abstract: In order to screen more materials that could be used as the mattresses of microbial fermentation bed for pig breeding, by taking the hull/saw bran bedding and coconut bran bedding as the research objects, the differences of nutritional components, microbial content and volatile substances of different bedding materials after raising the nursery pigs for 12 months were analyzed. The results showed that raising the nursery pigs for 12 months, the two kinds of bedding materials had lower degree of maturity, and the contents of organic matter, humic acid, humic acid fraction, fulvic acid, total nitrogen and total potassium (K2O) in the coconut bran bedding were higher than those in the hull/saw bran bedding. The content of culturable microorganisms in the coconut bran bedding was 0.15×107 cfu·g-1, which was significantly lower than that in the hull/saw bran bedding (3.60×107 cfu·g-1), and no salmonella was detected. There were few types and low contents of volatile substances (matching degree≥90) detected in the two bedding materials. Among them, there were two kinds of volatile substances in the coconut bran bedding, which were 1,4-dichlorobenzene (3.91%) and D-camphor (1.667%), respectively; and there were three kinds of volatile substances in the hull/saw bran bedding, which were 1,3-dichlorobenzene (3.65%), lumbar camphor (1.36%) and B-cedrene (0.66%), respectively. The two kinds of bedding materials could be used as the good raw materials of humic acid (NY/T1106-2010 ″water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid″ or the raw materials of organic fertilizer (NY/T525-2021 ″standard of organic fertilizer″) after being used for 12 months.
