Abstract:
In order to explore the absorption characteristics of nutrient elements in
Paris polyphylla, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, copper, zinc, manganese and boron in the aboveground part and underground part of
Paris polyphylla during the fruit formation period, expansion period and harvest stage were measured and analyzed. The results showed that in different parts of
Paris polyphylla, the nitrogen content in the leaves was the highest, which was 3.440%; the phosphorus content in the fruit was the highest, which was 0.450%; and the calcium content in the stems was the highest, which was 6.480%. The dry matter of
Paris polyphylla at the fruit maturation stage was mainly accumulated in the rhizomes, followed by the fruit and the leaves. Large elements and medium elements were mainly accumulated in the rhizomes and fruits of
Paris polyphylla, while the trace elements were mainly accumulated in the root systems and rhizomes. The relative contents of iron and copper were relatively high in the root systems of
Paris polyphylla. The demand for potassium and nitrogen elements in each part of
Paris polyphylla was large, and the accumulation of trace elements increased with the passage of the growth cycle.
