不同育苗基质对健宝南瓜苗期生长的影响
Effects of Different Seedling Substrates on the Seedling Growth of Jianbao Pumpkin

摘要: 为加快南瓜穴盘育苗技术推广应用,筛选出适合的育苗基质,为健宝南瓜田间生产种植提供实用依据。采用福建省生产上常用的2种商品基质和以蛭石、泥炭土和珍珠岩为原料自行配制的3种配方基质,研究不同育苗基质对健宝南瓜苗期生长的影响。结果表明:不同的育苗基质对健宝南瓜幼苗的各个形态指标影响较大,苗龄在18 d时,处理D新峰农业基质壮苗指数较对照园土(CK)高出31%,G值较对照园土(CK)高出41%。采用处理D新峰农业基质的南瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、壮苗指数、G值显著高于其他处理,幼苗植株健壮,长势良好,能够完全满足南瓜苗期的生长,适宜作为健宝南瓜栽培育苗基质推广应用。Abstract: In order to speed up the popularization and application of plug seedling production technique of pumpkin, the suitable seedling substrate was screen out to provide practical basis for the field production and planting of Jianbao pumpkin. By using two kinds of commercial substrates commonly used in Fujian Province and three kinds of formula substrates prepared with vermiculite, peaty soil and pearl rock as the raw materials, the effects of different seedling substrates on the seedling growth of Jianbao pumpkin. The results showed that different seedling substrates had great influence on various morphological indexes of Jianbao pumpkin seedlings. When the seedling age was 18 days, the strong seedling index treated with D Xinfeng agricultural substrates was 31% higher than that of the compared garden soil (CK), and the G value was 41% higher than that of the compared garden soil (CK). The plant height, stem diameter, strong seedling index and G value of pumpkin seedlings treated with D Xinfeng agricultural substrate were significantly higher than those treated with other treatments. The seedlings were strong and grow well, which could fully meet the seedling growth of pumpkin, and were suitable for the popularization and application as the seedling substrate for the cultivation of Jianbao pumpkin.
