1株无花果活性内生细菌对PEG-6000胁迫培养小麦幼苗生理特征的影响

摘要: 为探究无花果活性内生细菌BF3252对干旱(PEG-6000)胁迫下小麦的调节作用,以小麦济麦22号为试验材料,采用水培方法培养,待小麦幼苗株高长至10 cm时,加入PEG-6000(polyethylene glycol)模拟干旱胁迫培养,胁迫培养过程中接入无花果活性内生细菌BF3252,通过测定小麦叶片中可溶性糖(soluble sugar,SS)、脯氨酸(proline,Pro)、可溶性蛋白质(soluble protein,SP)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,分析无花果活性内生细菌BF3252对干旱胁迫条件下小麦幼苗生理特征的影响。结果表明:在干旱PEG-6000(20%、30%)胁迫条件下,接入无花果活性内生细菌BF3252后小麦叶片中的SS、SP和Pro含量有一定程度增加,MDA含量降低,无花果活性内生细菌BF3252对干旱胁迫条件下小麦幼苗生长有一定的缓解作用。Abstract: In order to explore the regulatory effect of the active endophytic bacteria BF3252 in fig fruits on wheat under the drought (PEG-6000) stress, the wheat Jimai No.22 was used as the experimental material and cultured by using the hydroponic method. When the plant height of wheat seedling reached 10 cm, PEG-6000 (polyethylene glycol) was added to simulate the drought stress cultivation. During the process of stress cultivation, the active endophytic bacteria BF3252 of fig fruits was inoculated. By measuring the contents of soluble sugar (SS), proline (Pro), soluble protein (SP) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in wheat leaves, the effects of the active endophytic bacteria BF3252 in fig fruits on the physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings under the drought stress were analyzed. The results showed that under the conditions of drought stress PEG-6000(20%, 30%), the contents of SS, SP and Pro in wheat leaves increased to a certain extent, while the content of MDA decreased after the inoculation with the active endophytic bacteria BF3252 in fig fruits, indicating that the active endophytic bacteria BF3252 had a certain alleviating effect on the growth of wheat seedlings under the drought stress.
