Abstract:
In order to screen out the compound substrate formula of
Sparassis crispa fungi residues suitable for the soilless cultivation of greenhouse tomato, seven kinds of compound substrate such as coconut bran, grass peat, vermiculite and perlite were prepared with the fungi residues of
Sparassis crispa as the basic material to plant the new fruit tomato combination 125-1×47 of Fuzhou Institute of Vegetable Science, thus to study the effect of different ratio of compound matrix on the yield and quality of fruit tomato. The results showed that the compound substrate of the formula F6 (the ratio of mushroom residue∶coconut bran∶grass peat∶perlite∶vermiculite was 9∶1∶1∶1∶1) significantly increased the yield, tomato lycopene, vitamin C, protein and soluble sugar contents of tomato in the soilless culture, and the yield was up to 51328.15 kg·hm
-2, which was 15.62% higher than that of CK (the ratio of coconut bran∶grass peat∶perlite∶vermiculite was 7∶2∶1∶1). Among the 17 amino acids, except that the methionine content in the formula F2 (the ratio of mushroom residue∶coconut bran∶grass peat∶perlite∶vermiculite was 6∶2∶1∶1∶1) was the highest, the contents of the other 16 amino acids were the highest in the formula F6, the organic acid content in the formula F2 was the highest, and the ratio of sugar and acid in the formula F7 (the ratio of mushroom residue∶perlite∶vermiculite was 9∶1∶1) was the highest. Based on the yield and quality indexes, the formula F6 (the ratio of mushroom residue∶coconut bran∶grass peat∶perlite∶vermiculite was 9∶1∶1∶1∶1) was more suitable for the soilless cultivation of greenhouse tomato.
