米粉加工稻新品种广优151的选育及应用

    Breeding and Application of a New Rice Variety Guangyou 151 for the Processing of Rice Flour

    • 摘要: 广优151是三明市农业科学研究院利用抗稻瘟病水稻三系不育系广抗13A与恢复系江恢151配组育成的三系杂交水稻新品种。该品种产量高,中抗稻瘟病,稻米直链淀粉含量高(27.8%),适宜加工米粉。2022年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定(闽审稻20220062)。介绍了广优151的选育过程、特征特性、产量表现、加工特性,并提出了栽培和制种技术要点,旨在为该品种的生产、加工及推广应用提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Guangyou 151, derived from the three-line male sterile line Guangkang 13A with high rice-blast resistance and the restorer line Jianghui 151, was a new three-line hybrid rice variety developed by Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This variety had the characteristics of high yield, moderate rice-blast resistance, and high rice grain amylose content (27.8%), which was suitable for the processing of rice flour. It was registered and released for the commercial production by Fujian Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2022, with the approval number:Min Approved Rice 20220062. In this paper, the selection and breeding process, main characteristics, yield performance, and processing characteristics of Guangyou 151 were introduced, and the key points of cultivation and seed production technology were put forward, thus to provide theoretical basis for the further production, processing, popularization and application of this variety.
